And the Academy Award goes to ….. SynchroArts
As I shared last year SynchroArts, the film, TV and music technology business I am proud to chair and support, won two Queens Awards in 2020 to top the Emmy awarded to them in 2019. Well now to ice the cake, the business, whose solutions have been used in Harry Potter, The Matrix, Star Wars amongst hundreds of films, has been honoured this week by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences with a Scientific and Engineering Award® for “their predominance in the creation and seamless integration of replacement dialog tracks in motion pictures”.
To have this recognition of the extraordinary high levels of technical craftmanship that creator Jeff Bloom and his team consistently deliver to the film industry is very special for us.
